Mix a crushed pickled slice of lemon with vegetable broth and olive oil. There is no need to add salt to the marinade as the lemon already contains salt. Cook an escalope of salmon, for example, on a gridiron or grill a skewer of chicken and pour the marinade broth over the hot cooked food.
