Today I would like to share with you an extremely simple yet absolutely delicious fish recipe, donated by a visiting hostess of ?Tatties & Truffles' (?Tuhlid&Trühvlid') Ms. Reet Linna. This delicious fish was as wonderful as the opportunity of being a visitor of the show instead of hosting it. I intend to try this recipe myself and advise you to do the same!
½ a salmon
2 dl olive oil
1 dl lemon juice
McCormick's rose pepper
McCormick's fish seasoning with lemon
McCormick's sea salt
Cut the fish into thin filets and place into a deep clay dish. Sprinkle some salt, fish seasoning and rose pepper between each layer of fish. Repeat this until you have stacked all the fish fillets in the bowl. Now use the other bowl to mix up 2 parts of oil and 1 part of lemon juice and poor the mixture over the fish. The fish is ready to serve in exactly 15 minutes. Serve with hot boiled potatoes and fresh local dill and lettuce.
